After many months of development our R&D teams are delighted to announce a genuine game changer for the Corrugated Roof Sheet market! The new Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing means you can now simply Rock n’ Lock the new aluminium side flashing on to the side of the Corrapol®-BT sheets to give a colour matched perfect weatherproof finish to the side of a corrugated roof. Extruded from aluminium makes it corrosion free and very rigid, providing excellent longevity.

    The new Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing is fast to install and can be easily installed by DIY and Trade users alike. Very simple and effective way that is now a new must have solution for every corrugated bitumen roof!

    When can we expect delivery of the Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing?

    What colours will the Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing be available in?

    We will be manufacturing the Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing specially selected RAL colours to match each of the four colours of Corrapol-BT, plus in addition we will manufacture in our standard RAL 9010 White. Like all our aluminium roofing products, we can manufacture these Corrapol®-BT Rock n’ Lock Side Flashing to any RAL colour with no minimum quantity, simply navigate to our RAL Colours page and match a colour to your project!

    Hello Gary, thanks for your query!

    There isn't a single recommended way, however, others have found that butting up the two COrrapol® Rock N Locks and using a small piece of our Securbond® Flashband has proved successful. A waterproof clear silicone can also be used to improve the seal if required.
